Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and stv99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the stv99 website located at stv99.pro and all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform. By accessing stv99.pro, registering an account, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the stv99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. stv99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at stv99.pro/terms-conditions. We recommend that all players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all stv99 users including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other areas of Bangladesh. By using the platform you warrant that you are accessing stv99 of your own free will and that online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use stv99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. stv99 is strictly an adults-only platform and will not knowingly permit underage players to register or participate.
  • You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been excluded from stv99 previously. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
  • You must not hold more than one active account on stv99. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at stv99's discretion, and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Age verification warning: stv99 may request identity documents to verify the age and identity of any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested by stv99 may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register one account on stv99. Registration requires a valid email address and a password meeting minimum security requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must not share your stv99 account credentials with any third party. Any use of your account by another person — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
  • If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify stv99 immediately via the support contact email. stv99 will investigate and take appropriate action.
  • stv99 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing a withdrawal request. You consent to these checks when you register.
  • stv99 may close, suspend, or restrict any account that it reasonably believes is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of any applicable law. Where legally permissible, stv99 will notify the account holder of the action taken.

All accounts are subject to verification. stv99 may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Verification documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. stv99 does not charge any fee for document verification.

Account security tip: use a unique password for your stv99 account that you do not use on any other website or app. A strong password of at least 10 characters combining letters, numbers, and special characters significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

stv99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your stv99 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. stv99 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. stv99 processes withdrawal requests during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). The minimum withdrawal amount and any processing timeframes are displayed in the stv99 cashier at the time of your request.

  • stv99 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of account verification. If KYC documents have not been submitted and approved, withdrawal processing will not commence until verification is complete.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method held in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using another person's bKash number, card, or wallet — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
  • stv99 reserves the right to reverse a deposit that cannot be attributed to a verified payment method or that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.
  • Any wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met before the bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates for any active bonus are stated at the time of opt-in and in the stv99 promotions terms.

stv99 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or transfers made via informal hawala or similar unregulated channels. All accepted payment methods are digital financial services regulated under applicable frameworks. Players using Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank card methods should ensure their card is enabled for online transactions before attempting a deposit.

Currency note: all amounts on stv99 are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. No currency conversion is applied — deposits and withdrawals are in BDT at the value you enter.

Bonuses and Promotions

stv99 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the promotion in question.

  • Each bonus offer is available once per player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or false details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
  • Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money wallet balance until any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. stv99 clearly displays the wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game categories for each bonus at the point of opt-in.
  • If you withdraw funds before satisfying the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. The real-money portion of your balance that is not subject to wagering requirements remains withdrawable.
  • stv99 promotional offers are available to players in Bangladesh. stv99 may restrict promotional availability based on the player's deposit history, account status, or geographic location. Seasonal promotions such as Eid offers, BPL cricket betting challenges, and Pohela Boishakh specials are time-limited and expire on the date specified in the promotion.
  • stv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, stv99 will honour any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation for players who had already opted in.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are game-specific and expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real money.

Bonus abuse warning: stv99 employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse. Tactics including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim region-restricted offers, betting on low-variance outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating play with other accounts to exploit promotional terms are all classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings and potential permanent account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on stv99 are final once confirmed. stv99 does not accept bet cancellations after a wager has been confirmed by the system, except in cases where a game or event is void or cancelled by the provider. In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, stv99 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the game provider's official void policy.

  • Cricket betting markets at stv99 cover BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major cricket tournaments. Bet settlement for cricket markets follows the official match result as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with stv99's cricket betting void rules displayed in the sportsbook.
  • Live casino games at stv99 are supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the provider's live-dealer systems and RNG-certified mechanisms. stv99 has no ability to modify live game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a live casino result must be raised with stv99 support within 72 hours of the game round completing.
  • Slot games and crash games on stv99 use certified RNG systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not altered by stv99. The theoretical RTP for any game is available in the game's information panel within the stv99 platform.
  • stv99 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error, a display error affecting odds or game information, or any event that compromises the fairness of the betting market. Where bets are voided for this reason, stake amounts will be returned to the player's real-money wallet.

Maximum win limits may apply to certain betting markets and game types. Where a maximum win limit is applicable, it will be displayed in the relevant game or market interface before you place your bet. stv99 will not pay winnings above the stated maximum win limit for any single bet or game round, regardless of the theoretical outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on stv99 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. stv99 reserves the right to take immediate account action — up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds — upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

  • Registering more than one account, using another person's identity, or providing false registration information.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the stv99 platform, place bets, or exploit game systems.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected exploit are subject to forfeiture.
  • Engaging in money laundering, using stv99 to process proceeds of crime, or making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine gaming intent for the purpose of converting funds.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing live dealer information across accounts, or any form of team-based cheating in multiplayer or sportsbook markets.
stv99 shares information regarding confirmed fraudulent activity with other gaming operators, financial intelligence units, and relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Players found to have engaged in money laundering or fraud may have their details reported to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

stv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, temporary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Limitation of Liability

stv99 is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, device hardware or software failures, or any third-party service interruption affecting your ability to access the platform at a given time. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable connection before placing time-sensitive bets.

  • stv99's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
  • stv99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits stv99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments and Governing Law

stv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, stv99 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms take effect from the date of publication at stv99.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are intended to be read in the context of the Bangladesh market. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through stv99's internal complaints process should be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as notified by stv99 from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
